I noticed the order was delivered in the courier e-tracker but the order still remains as shipped in the Seller Center.    

 

The order status should be updated in real time or within 24 hours. If otherwise, please contact Seller Helpdesk.

 

How should I check if my order was successfully delivered in real time?    

 

You can track the parcel via the courier tracking web or app.

 

What does a failed delivery mean?    

 

This means that the order was not delivered to the customer despite 2 delivery attempts. The order will be shipped back to you without any penalty.
